1. Verifiable Event Log Trails

Every call processed by ZenithCall creates a timestamped event log capturing caller ID, rule matching, outbound dispatch attempts, and DTMF key receipt confirmations. Logs are retained per policy (see our Privacy Policy).

2. Privacy & Caller Notice Controls

Customers act as Data Controllers and are responsible for ensuring appropriate caller notice. ZenithCall acts as Data Processor under defined log retention rules.
